Vegetarian Pasta Primavera
A light pasta dish with a bit of a twist!
Ingredients (Per serving):
2 oz. or 1 cup of cooked egg noodles
Directions: Boil egg noodles in water for about 8 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside. Spray a sauce pan with Pam or other nonstick spray. Saute vegetables until of desired tenderness. Add marinara sauce and heat through. On a place, place egg noodles. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over noodles. Cover with marinara sauce.
