Spinach Salad With Candied Walnuts and Poppyseed Dressing

By Bethany S.

Fresh Spinach
Romaine Hearts
Crisp Golden Delicious Apple, sliced and chopped in half
Candied Walnuts (easily made by melting sugar in a frying pan, then adding finely chopped walnuts... you can use pecans as a substitute)

Dressing:

3/4 c. oil (vegetable or canola)
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. poppyseeds
2 T. yellow mustard

Put all ingredients except poppyseeds into blender until well mixed (30 seconds). Add seeds and pulse a couple of times until mixed in.

So tasty.

Your taste buds will thank you. And then, they'll hate you, because you'll be addicted.
