Self-Care

Girl Getting Ready in Bathroom Admit it, when your firstborn was brand new, you lost sleep, you put off your shower or shaving your legs just "one more day", your hair and make up products went the way of your pre-pregnancy clothes, forever lost in the chasms of your closet, and you stopped making real, wholesome meals for yourself.

Ah yes, the dreaded "fourth trimester" when a woman goes through all of the rocky emotions of transitioning into an entirely different role as Mother. Many of us practically suffered an identity crisis as we figured out where the heck our old selves fit into this new, confusing picture.

Our self-care techniques are here to remind you that although you are now a mother, you are STILL a woman. Click on the following links to find many pearls of wisdom from women who know.
