Salame Cheese Dip with Garlic Scented Cream



Ingredients: Serves 6-8

Non stick vegetable spray as needed
1 1/2 cups Alfredo Sauce (jar)
3/4 cup Mild Chunky Salsa
1 cup Gallo Salame, julienne
1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, chopped
1/4 cup Black Olives, sliced
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, unflavored
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 T Parsley, chopped
2 package Scoop Nacho chips

Liberally spray a casserole dish with non stick vegetable spray.

In a bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, chunky salsa, Gallo Salame, artichoke hearts, and black olives. Mix well.

Place the Gallo Salame and Alfredo sauce mixture into the baking dish.

Top with bread crumbs and another liberal spray of the non stick vegetable spray.

Bake in a 350F oven for about 20 minutes

In a small mixing bowl combine sour cream, garlic powder and chopped parsley. Serve the dip with sour cream and Scoop chips.
