Roasted Asparagus



From The Kitchen of Robyn Haggerty

2 lbs fresh asparagus trimmed
2 Tablespoons olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the asparagus in aRectangular baking dish. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with the cheese. Roast, uncovered, for about 15 minutes or until crisp-tender, using tongs lightly turn twice while roasting.
