Roast Leg of Lamb



1 leg of lamb (about 6-7 pounds)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic, slivered
Fresh rosemary sprigs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

To prepare lamb, place into a roasting pan. Rub with salt and pepper. Carefully make slits in the skin and stuff with garlic and rosemary.

Bake for 90 minutes. Check; if you prefer meat to be well-done, cook for ten minutes more.

Allow to sit about 20 minutes before serving.
