Peach Pork Ribs

peach ribsAre you a fan of ribs, but hate how much time they take to grill up? Try our quick method for meat that falls of the bone, slathered with the most delicious caramelized peach glaze.

Ingredients:

Two full racks of pork ribs, each one cut in half
Two large boxes of chicken broth

Peach glaze:(Pictured below)

1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt

Begin by placing ribs into a large stew pot. Cover with chicken broth, add water if necessary. Boil on medium-high for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Removed cooked ribs from pot and take to the grill. Slather peach glaze onto both sides of ribs generously on each side. Cook for ten minutes, then reapply glaze to both sizes and turn. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until glaze starts to caramelize and the meat has seared marks from the grill.

Tip: Use left over broth water to cook rice in for a great tasting rice dish!
