Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa


Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 cup half and half
8 tsp sugar
1 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

In a saucepan, mix and heat all ingredients, except vanilla, and whisk until chocolates and sugar has melted. Pour half into a blender and blend until foamy. Return blended mixture to saucepan. Add vanilla. Stir briefly and stir.

Makes 2 servings.
