Pound Cake Dessert "Fries" with Raspberry "Ketchup"


Ingredients:

3 loaves Sara Lee All Butter Pound Cake
Non stick vegetable spray as needed
1 T Granulated Sugar (Finishing sugar)
1 jar Raspberry Sundae Sauce

Directions:

Slice the pound cake into 4” long by ¼” x ¼” sticks.

Place the fries on a cookie sheet spray with non-stick spray.

Gently spray additional non-stick spray onto the pound cake sticks.

Bake in a 325F oven for about 10 minutes or until the pound cake become golden brown.

Sprinkle granulated sugar atop the pound cake sticks and serve immediately with a small cup of raspberry sauce.

Serves 4-6
