Creamy Potato Casserole



From The Kitchen of Robyn Haggerty

Ingredients:

1 30 ounce package frozen shredded hash browns, THAWED
2 cups sour cream (16 0z. container)
2 cups shredded sharp or cheddar cheese
1 10-3/4 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup (DO NOT ADD WATER TO SOUP)
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup melted butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (OPTIONAL)
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon regular salt or garlic salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine all of the above listed ingredients. Transfer the ingredients to a well greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake, UNCOVERED at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until heated thru.
