Ingredients:
1 loaf French or Italian Bread. Cut lengthwise.
1 Bar of cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 clove of minced garlic
Finely grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven broiler to high.
In a small bowl cream together the cream cheese, the Parmesan cheese and the garlic. Spread the mixture(as much as you like) evenly over the surface of the bread halves.
Put the bread on a cookie sheet and place it under the broiler and cook until golden and bubbly, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
