Cooked Whole Carrots



Celebrate your child's inner bunny!

Ingredients:

12 whole carrots, with green tops still intact
Butter, salt, pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a large pot. add carrots so they are standing in the water. Boil for about 10 minutes or until desired tenderness. Remove from water, serve with butter, salt, pepper, and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
