Christmas Elves

My family has a tradition where Elves start to visit a week before Santa comes.

They take one shoe from the closet of every person in the house, and leave a little treat!

A new development in recent years has been if someone did something "naughty", instead of getting a treat, they would get a little note from the elves in eensy beensy writing saying what that person needing to work on. (Parents included!)

It's been a fun tradition! It helps everybody not only get excited for the big man to come, but helps to keep people on track, as well.
