Chocolate Chip PancakesWe love these on the weekends! What could be the more ideal Saturday morning for the kids than being wrapped up in their favorite blankies, watching Saturday morning cartoons and eating chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast? They're so good, on Sunday, my husband will want them while HE snuggles up in front of the TV to watch Sunday football! We have created a delicious version sure to please the whole family! Ingredients:
2 eggs
Directions: Preheat electric skillet or griddle at 350 degrees or medium heat. Mix all ingredients well, EXCEPT chocolate chips. Once they are thoroughly mixed, fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter onto skillet, using a 1/4 c. measuring cup. Allow to cook until bubbles stop coming up to the surface. At that point they are ready to turn. Allow to cook a couple minutes more.
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and your choice of syrup. We like maple best, but chocolate syrup and caramel syrup are wonderful as well!
