Best Ever Chocolate Chip CookiesFrom the Kitchen of Robyn Haggerty Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt together well, then stir flour mixture into the wet mixture a little at a time. After mixtures are combined well add the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons full onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in oven, or until the edges are golden. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and cool on wire Racks.
NOTE: I take the cookies and cool on the wire rack and then put another sheet in the oven and the I transfer the
previous batch to a Tupperware container and seal closed,
this will ensure that your cookies stay soft and they do not
get hard.
