Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

In bottom of 9x13 pan:

16 oz frozen broccoli, florets or cuts
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

Mix together:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup chicken stock, can also use water or milk

Pour soup mixture over broccoli and chicken. Top with one package of Stove Top Stuffing mix (dry).

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
