Baked Pork Chops


Ingredients:

6 Pork Chops
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 oz. each)
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1/2 tsp. Dried Sage

Directions:

In a large skillet, warm olive oil on medium heat. Add pork chops and brown, turning frequently (about 10 minutes).

Add chopped onions and continue to cook on medium heat for another 10 minutes.

Place pork chops in a greased 13 X 9" baking pan.

Add mushroom soup to the skillet and warm with onions and drippings.

Pour soup mixture over pork chops. Sprinkle sage on top. Cover with tin foil.

Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.

Serve with rice, potatoes, or over egg noodles!
