Baked Hot Chocolate
This recipe is courtesy of Log Haven Restaurant. It is a decadent, rich, cake-like texture with a tender fudge center.
Ingredients:
9 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Combine chocolate and butter in a mixing bowl and melt together over a double boiler. (Hint: You can also create your own double boiler by taking a smaller metal bowl and placing that into a pot, so that the rim of the bowl sits on the rim of the pot.)
